To claim a bonus, simply follow the instructions of the reward to qualify and receive the offer. Please visit the rewards page for more information.
After you make a qualifying deposit, a notification should pop up to let you know that a bonus has been claimed, and you will need to click on the ‘Activate’ button.
If the notification does not appear, or if you close it, you should still be able to find your bonus in your profile section and activate it from there.
In case the bonus does not automatically become available for activation in your profile after your qualifying deposit, contact Customer Support before playing with the deposit to request a manual credit.
How can I use Bonus Spins?
Log in to your account, and after you activate or manually get Bonus Spins credited to you, open the slot on which your spins are available. Most games will notify you about the number of Bonus Spins available before you start playing.
After you play through your batch of Bonus Spins, any winnings will be added to your bonus balance and will need to be wagered according to the rewards requirements.
Example: If the wagering requirement is x10, and you have won 10 USD, you will need to wager 100 USD (10 USD winning x 10 wagering requirement).
