Interest-based Advertising
We partner with external companies that assist us in marketing our Services on third-party websites and applications. These companies may use cookies, and mobile identifiers including but not limited to Apple IDFA, Google/Android Advertising ID, and similar technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites and apps. This enables them to deliver adverts that may be more relevant to you on our websites, apps, and elsewhere. Additionally, these tools may help us and our advertising partners measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, gauge user preferences, or tailor adverts across multiple devices.
If you do not want the Services to collect information through the use of cookies, you can set your web browser to reject cookies from the Services. Each browser is different, so you should check your browser’s “Help” menu to learn how to change your cookie preferences. Please note that this sort of opt-out may be browser and/or device specific. Please also note even if you choose to remove your information or opt-out, you may still see advertisements while browsing online. However, the advertisements may be less relevant to you and your interests.
Please note that if you reject or block cookies from the Services, the Services may not function as intended.
We do not currently respond to web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide a method to opt out of the collection of information across the networks of websites and online services in which we participate. For more information, visit www.allaboutdnt.org.
We also honor universal opt-out signals for targeted advertising when detected by your browser or device settings, as mandated by the New Jersey Data Privacy Act.
Use of Biometric Data
We may collect and process biometric data such as facial scans, fingerprints, or similar identifiers, to facilitate identity verification and enhance security. For example, we may request a “selfie” or scan of your government-issued identification (e.g., driver’s license) to confirm your identity and comply with legal or regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. We work with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., GEOID and Geocomply) who perform these checks on our behalf. In some instances, these checks may involve comparing biometric data from your photo ID with a selfie or live video and reporting back to us whether a match is confirmed. These vendors may store or otherwise process your biometric data in accordance with their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. Biometric data used for verification is typically retained for one (1) year since your last interaction with the identity service provider. Where required by applicable law, we will seek your consent before capturing or processing biometric data. You may decline to use biometric verification, but this may limit our ability to verify your identity or grant you access to certain features of our Services.
Minors and Prohibited Users
Our Services are not intended for anyone under 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information from individuals under 21. If we discover that a minor has provided us with Personal Information, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the cause and then delete such data, unless we are legally required to retain it. If you are a parent or legal guardian who believes that a minor has provided Personal Information to us, please contact us immediately using the details in the Contact Us section.
Certain other individuals may also be prohibited from using our Services under New Jersey laws or our internal policies. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict any account that violates these restrictions or other applicable legal requirements. If you are unsure about your eligibility or legal obligations, please review relevant New Jersey regulations or contact our support team for clarification.

We take our obligation to protect your Personal Information seriously and strive to maintain security measures that help prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. However, in the event that a data breach or other security incident affecting your Personal Information occurs, we will comply with applicable legal requirements regarding notification. We will never request sensitive details such as passwords or payment information via email, text message, or unsolicited phone calls. If you receive a suspicious communication purportedly from us, do not click on any links, reply with personal information, or take other actions without first verifying the source.
