Security: Login Protection
To improve security, you can choose between two authentication methods:
- PIN: You can create a PIN during account registration that will be connected to your device. You must then enter this PIN into the required field every time you want to log in from that device.
- Username and Password with OTP: After entering your username and password, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be automatically generated and sent to your registered mobile device. You must enter this OTP to complete the login process.
You can select your preferred strong authentication method each time you log in.
You will also be asked to set up strong authentication if you attempt to access your account from a new device. If you receive an OTP notification and did not attempt to access your account, contact our Support team immediately.
PIN and Password Recovery and Management:
If you have forgotten your PIN or password or need to change it, you can use:- "Forgot PIN" option on the login page. An OTP will be delivered to your mobile device. After you validate it, you can set up a new PIN for that device.
- "Forgot Password" option on the login page. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. After you set the new password, an OTP will be delivered to your mobile device. Once you validate it, your new password will be active.
You can also change your PIN or password at any time through your account settings after logging in.

Dispute Resolution Process
