1. This reward is available only to users on the top 3 VIP levels on our Website who are eligible to receive rewards.
2. The reward's period is from Monday 12:00 AM ET to Sunday 11:59 PM ET every week. No additional opt-in is required.
3. This reward is only valid for games played in the Casino section. Funds spent in other verticals (Live Dealer, Sports, Virtual Sports) are not taken into account for this reward.
4. The minimum eligible cashback amount to be credited is 5 USD.
5. The cashback % and the Maximum Cashback amount are determined by the player’s VIP level:

6. All cashback amounts due are calculated by the formula: net losses on the participating games from any deposits during the promo period x cashback % eligible at the time of request (net losses from bonus money and jackpot wins are not included in the calculation).
7. Any cashback amount due must be requested in Live Chat or by email by the player on the Monday following this reward's period, after 2:00 AM ET and before 6:59 PM ET. In case the customer does not request the cashback amount, any entitlement to the cashback is considered void.
8. Cashback is credited on the real balance of the customer's account. All credited cashback amounts are subject to a 1x wagering requirement before a withdrawal is allowed.
9. This reward is limited in time. Betinia reserves the right to modify and terminate the reward at its discretion and without giving any prior notice.
