The reward is available for a limited time and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time at the sole discretion of the operator. Changes will not affect wagers already placed in accordance with these Official Rules.
Offer Eligibility
This reward is available to verified users aged 21 years or older and physically present in New Jersey. In order to qualify a user must have successfully completed a first deposit via the Betinia Sports Welcome Offer and are making a second deposit. Users must not be enrolled in any self-exclusion or exclusion program, and must comply with all Sportsbook House Rule and regulatory requirements.
Limit one (1) 2nd Deposit Bonus per customer, household, IP address, or device.
Offer Rules
Eligible customers who make a qualifying second deposit will receive two (2) Profit Boost Tokens, each providing a 25% Profit Boost on eligible Sportsbook wagers, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
How to Participate
- Log in to your Sportsbook account while located in New Jersey.
- Make a qualifying second deposit. Minimum amount to qualify is $20.
- Two (2) 25% Profit Boost Tokens will be credited to your account.
- Select a Profit Boost Token on the betslip and place a qualifying wager in accordance with these Official Rules.
Qualifying Wager Requirements
- To be eligible for the Profit Boost, wagers must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be placed on Football, Basketball, Hockey, Soccer or Baseball markets only.
- Consist of a minimum of three (3) selections (legs). All three selections must be settled as a win.
- Each individual selection must have minimum odds of -200 (1.50) or longer.
- The wager must have combined total odds of +200 or longer.
- A Profit Boost Token must be applied at the time the wager is placed.
The following wagers are not eligible:
- Cash-out or partial cash-out wagers, void, canceled, or pushed wagers, as well as SGPs (Same Game Parlays)
- Wagers placed using Bonus Bets or other reward credits, unless expressly permitted.
Betinia NJ Terms & Conditions:
1. Profit Boost Token Terms
1.1. Each Profit Boost Token provides a 25% increase on net winnings only. Max amount of stake that a profit boost can be used with is $100.
1.2. The boost does not apply to the stake amount.
1.3. No maximum additional winnings apply.
1.4. Profit Boost Tokens are reward, non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
1.5. Tokens must be used in accordance with these Official Rules and prior to expiration, if applicable.
1.6. The Offer shall remain valid for a duration of seven (7) calendar days effective from the timestamp of activation (the "Validity Period"). Failure to satisfy all reward requirements or complete the underlying transaction prior to the expiration of the Validity Period will result in the immediate and automatic forfeiture of all associated funds, credits, or incentives, which shall be deemed null and void without further notice or liability.
2. Settlement & Winnings
2.1. Winnings from wagers placed with a Profit Boost Token are withdrawable, subject to standard account verification procedures.
2.2. The Profit Boost portion is reward and is not withdrawable except as part of settled wager winnings.
2.3. Settlement of wagers is final and determined in accordance with the operator’s Sportsbook House Rules.
3. Restrictions & Abuse
3.1. The reward may not be combined with other Profit Boosts, Odds Boosts, or deposit-based offers unless expressly stated.
3.2. Any attempt to manipulate outcomes, hedge, or engage in arbitrage betting to reduce or eliminate risk may be deemed reward abuse.
3.3. The operator reserves the right to withhold or revoke reward benefits and void wagers in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Official Rules.
4. Cancellation & Modification
4.1. Customers may opt out of the reward by contacting Customer Support.
4.2. The operator reserves the right to correct any errors, including technical, typographical, or operational errors.
4.3. The operator may modify, suspend, or terminate this reward at any time in compliance with NJ DGE regulations.
5. Regulatory Disclaimer
5.1. This reward is subject to approval and oversight by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with New Jersey law.
